Fast forward...

Ok, so I feel like I'm cheating a little bit here by posting six months worth of pictures at once, but this is the only way I have a remote chance of catching up. As you can see from the pictures, the Rizvi family definitely had a busy few months.. between birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, and family outings, we kept a full social calendar.

Also, as you can tell from the picture above, Samarah and Syra are really starting to play well together. Ok, maybe 'well' isn't the right word, but they do have their moments. Syra definitely has a more forceful personality, which effectively neutralizes the size advantage Samarah has. I'm sure the fighting will only escalate as they get older. Stay tuned.

In the meantime, enjoy the pictures from Jan-June, 2011!

Ah, the ol' "horse-collar tackle": we know it well! :-)

What beauties. Great to see you guys getting back into the kid-blogging game, and great to see the girls growing and having fun.

I wondered what happened to you 4! Of course, I knew that your life with 2 growing daughters was keeping you busy. So happy to get the news about your family and see how much bigger the girls are.

Lots of love from Montréal, Vicky :o)

Dear Kaniz and Abbas
I hope you don't mind me getting in touch. I work in England, writing materials for teaching religious education to children in schools. This includes teaching about Islam. I would really like to use one of your aqiqa photos in some materials for 5-7 year olds. I would be grateful if you could get in touch via stephen(at)retoday.org.uk You can check out our other materials at www.retoday.org.uk
Thanks
Stephen
